You need more than 40 different nutrients for good health. A well balanced varied diet can help. Enjoy plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Try and cut out bad fats and substitute them with good ones.

If you keep portion sizes reasonable, it’s easier to eat all the foods you enjoy without having to eliminate any. By reducing your portion sizes and eating more often you avoid feeling hungry and the temptations that come with it.

  • Eat Regularly

Skipping meals, especially breakfast, can lead to out-of-control hunger, often resulting in helpless overeating. Snacking between meals can help curb hunger, but can lead to eating more than your body needs. Don’t forget to count your snacks as part of your total calorie intake.
